WHAT IS A DIGTIAL PLANNER?
A digital planner is a PDF planner designed to be used on a tablet or device with a note-taking app like GoodNotes or Notability. Instead of paper, you write, plan, and organize everything using a stylus.
HOW DOES DIGITAL PLANNING WORK?
Once you download your planner, you'll import it into a compatible app. From there, you can write directly on the pages, navigate using hyperlinks, and customize your layout with our download library.
DO I NEED AN IPAD?
An iPad with an Apple Pencil is recommended for the best experience, but you can also use other tablets or devices that support PDF annotation apps.
WHAT APP DO I NEED?
Our planners are designed for GoodNotes & Notability but they can be used with other PDF annotation apps that support hyperlinks.
These planners are not compatible with OneNote.
IS THIS PLANNER COMPATIBLE WITH MY DEVICE?
Our planner work on:
• iPad (Recommended)
• Android tablets
• Some desktop apps (limited functionality)
WILL THESE PLANNERS WORK ON MY PHONE?
Yes, but functionality is limited due to screen size. For the best experience, we recommend using and iPad.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
All products are digital downloads. After purchase, you'll receive instant access via:
• Your order confirmation page
• A download link sent to your email
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend your files.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you run into an issue, please reach out; we are happy to help.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
1. Open your download link (from email or confirmation page
2. Save the file to your device
3. Open your planning app (GoodNotes, Notability, etc.)
4. Import the file into the app
WHY WON'T MY FILE DOWNLOAD?
Try the following:
• Use a different browser
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Ensure you have sufficient space available on your device
CAN I ACCESS MY FILES LATER?
Yes. You can re-download your files anytime through your original download link.
HOW DO HYPERLINKS WORK?
Our planners are fully hyperlinked which allows you to quickly navigate between days and sections.
NOTE: Ensure your app is in "Read-Only" mode while trying to use hyperlinks
HOW DO I INSTALL A FONT ON MY IPAD?
You’ll need a third-party font manager app (iFont recommended; it’s free & easy to use).
Just download your font, open it in the app & follow the instructions.
DO EVENTS SYNC WITH MY CALENDAR APP?
No. This is a one way system. Your planner does not automatically sync with Apple/Google Calendar or Reminders and vice versa.
MY HYPERLINKS AREN'T WORKING
Make sure:
• You're in "View" or "Read-Only" mode
• Your app supports hyperlinks
• The planner is fully imported
CAN I SHARE MY DOWNLOAD WITH OTHERS?
No. Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing or distributing files is strictly prohibited.
